In the beginning we offered exactly what you would expect from the name Entrecôte: a classical, quickly fried Contre Filet with an excellent sauce, Pommes „Allumettes“ and a refreshing salad. Thomas Frede’s frequent trips to Paris and the cooking skills of our Chef de cuisine however soon enhanced and developed our original concept.
Today you will find a large variety of the finest starters, typically French specialties and delicious treats from our own patisserie. Of course our menu still offers the „Steak minute“ and the „Steak avec Pommes Allumettes“ as „Formules rapides“. You will love our French cuisine, the l´esprit brasserie and our first-class service.
